I am by no means a regular on the hiking trails, but I've been finding just a little extra outdoorsy lately, and due to the fact this backpack was for my first hike in about ten years, I did not want (or have the budget for) a 200+ dollar bag. I've nothing but beneficial things to say about this bag, I didn't have a single difficulty with it. I had over forty pounds of gear and food stuffed into it, and though I doubt I could've gotten anything else into it, it held up perfectly. No zipper issues, no bursting seams, no broken buckles.
